About the Role:
As the Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations management, Leading and managing a dynamic team, managing stock, ordering, and rosters. Experience with online ordering platforms highly regarded. Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as Duty Manager or similar role in a high volume operation
* Professional, personable, and passionate about people.
* Excellent communicator, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at multitasking.
* Strong experience in team scheduling and a proven leadership background.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
