About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in planning and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is a critical role that supports our international digital marketing efforts, drives campaigns, and contributes to generating online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on driving online sales and increasing website traffic

Manage end-to-end eCommerce marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and performance ads

Optimize digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube to maximise ROI

Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning and uncover new sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting content for digital channels, including website, email, and social media

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools

Grow and engage our social media audience to support brand awareness and traffic goals

Continuously test and refine strategies to improve conversion rates and overall digital revenue performance

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience as a marketing specialist

Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in the gaming, simulation, or tech sector is a bonus
