Paid Marketing Specialist (Meta) | Bizvideo | Burleigh, Gold Coast | AUD $65,000-$90,000

Are you a Meta ads expert who loves driving results for clients?

Bizvideo is looking for two hands-on Meta advertising specialists to join our team and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns for our builder clients across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a full-time role (Monday-Friday) based in our Burleigh office, where you'll work alongside our creative team to develop, launch, and optimise high-performing campaigns.

What you'll do:

Manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from strategy to execution for clients.

Collaborate closely with our creative team (video producers, editors, graphic designers) on developing effective ad content

Optimise campaigns for better performance metrics

Set up and quality-check marketing automation funnels and email sequences

Participate in client strategy sessions

Analyse performance data and implement improvements

What you'll need:

3+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Proven track record of exceeding client campaign objectives

Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and funnel strategy

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex digital concepts simply

Self-starter mentality and strong multitasking abilities

Integrity and dedication to doing right by our clients

Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment
