As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting with developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads through various digital channels. Your expertise will help us execute on marketing projects to reach our target audience effectively and engage with customers across multiple online platforms, in turn supporting our sales team with high quality leads enabling them to exceed sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

DESIGN AND CREATIVE:
• Select photos, videos, and templates for content.
• Create social media advertisements.
• Write marketing literature.
• Assist in the organizing and delivery of campaigns.
• Produce content (ads, blogs, lead magnets, brochures etc.)
• Working with creative assets: photography, video, logos etc.

DIGITAL:
• Maintaining websites and/or liaising with website host.
• Working/posting on social media and other digital marketing platforms, such as Google, Linkedin, Meta & Instagram.
• Working on digital campaigns.
• Organizing/helping to produce/tailoring content (as above)
• Managing email marketing needs.

SALES SUPPORT:
• Communicating with our sales team and dealers, providing marketing support as required.
• Communicating updates between the sales team and marketing companies and sharing ideas.
• Assist with monitoring and responding to enquiries / comments from customers on social platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant or sales admin in a comparable business/sector.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords ,Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc.).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
