About the Role
We are seeking an ‘expression of interest’ for an Unrestricted Certifier and Restricted (all classes) Certifier.

You’ll play a pivotal role within our Certifiers team and report directly to the Directors. From compliance reviews to technical reports, site inspections to client interaction, no two days will be the same. You’ll develop your skills while making meaningful contributions to our clients, our team and the community.

What You’ll Do

Carrying out the compliance reviews, technical reports, and critical stage inspections of buildings to ensure legislative compliance.

Manage technical documentation and project files with precision and accuracy, supporting the smooth delivery of services.

Conduct assessments of applications for Certificates issued under the Act, Building Code, and regulations.

Liaise professionally with builders, owners/developers, clients, councils and government agencies to facilitate seamless project progress.

Work across a diverse range of projects, gaining hands-on experience in the building certification industry.

Coordinating projects, liaise with our internal team, clients, and support our Directors.

Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Qualification for level 1 or level 2 building certification.

Must have the right to work in Australia.

Remuneration Package includes:

· Building Certifier Unrestricted up to $200,000 plus superannuation, plus vehicle.

· Building Certifier Restricted (All Classes) up to $150,000 plus superannuation, plus vehicle.

Location - Office based in Parramatta, NSW and we offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Start Date – ASAP available
Travel is a requirement of this role.
