Our client is one of the leading building certification organisations on the Sunshine Coast. Independently checking and approving building work to ensure it complies with the safety, health, amenity and sustainability standards specified in legislation and building codes.

THE ROLE

As a Level 2/3 Building Certifier, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence and exceptional client service. This position includes a mix of office work and on-site inspections, where you will provide building certification services and conduct inspections for our clients.

ABOUT YOU

• Be licenced in QLD as a level 2 or 3 certifier
• You have detailed knowledge of the National Construction Code.
• You are an expert in prioritizing and managing your time
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You know your way around MS Office and ideally PermAssist (not a requirement, as training will be provided)
