THE COMPANY

Our client are a small-medium sized business specialising in residential and commercial building surveying. Office is based in Parramatta.

THE ROLE

Due to the increasing growth in the sector, we are looking for two certifiers to join our small team. Ideally someone with a4/a3/a2 accreditation or experience.
Ideally applicants will have experience issuing Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates and carrying out mandatory inspections.
As we offer both residential anc commercial work we are flexible to what the applicant would prefer to work on.

ABOUT YOU

• A4/A3/A2 accreditation or experience
• Commercial experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Organised and self-motivated
• Professional in both presentation and conduct
• Ability to use a range of technology (iPads, Computers, Smart Phones)
• Sound understanding of building industry codes, regulations and legislative requirements
• A willingness to participate in personal development opportunities
• Practical experience in completing onsite inspections
• Current licence
• A great work ethic
