Building Certifier & Cadet Building Certifier

Are you a qualified Building Certifier or an ambitious Cadet Building Certifier looking for a change or to advance your career within the residential sector of the construction industry?

Due to recent growth within the company, we are seeking to fill 2 roles, one as a Qualified Building Certifier and another as a Cadet Building Certifier

$90k - $130k package + Super (Qualified Certifier based on experience) $65k - $75k + Super (Cadet Building Certifier) Full time permanent position

Location – Molendinar

Building Certifier: You will work on a variety of residential projects, ensuring proactive outcomes and excellence in professional service.

Cadet Building Certifier: As a Cadet you will gain one on one, hands-on experience under the guidance and mentoring from certification experts and develop your skills while working on real projects, leading you into a role a Qualified Building Certifier. Support is also available for university commitments or study.

About You:

• Building Certifier – Experience as qualified building certifier or almost completed your qualification
• Cadet Building Certifier – Enrolled into relevant study to become a building certifier and building trade background
• Understanding of building & construction practices, building-related law, building codes & standards
• Intermediate computer literacy skillset
• Self-managed to deliver outcomes to optimum timelines
• Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous improvement
• Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team

Qualifications / Licences

• Diploma of Building Certification or Cadet – Enrolled or currently studying
• Member of AIBS, RICS or AIBS Student Member
• White card
• Current driver’s licence
