Gang Gang is a unique and inclusive venue nestled in the vibrant centre of the Downer community. Our mission is to become a Canberra cultural and community institution, providing high-quality food, beverages and entertainment through ethical and sustainable practices.

We are committed to sustainable practices in all areas of our business. In the kitchen we hope to minimise our footprint by reducing waste, utilising top-to-tail principles and sourcing ingredients from local suppliers. The ideal applicant will share our values in these areas and be proactive about sustainable objectives.

The Position - Chef de Partie

As Chef de Partie, your job will be to work collaboratively with our Head Chef in presenting our seasonal cafe style menu. We always encourage our staff to bring their own expertise and creativity to the table. This is an exciting opportunity for a young chef looking to step into a fast paced kitchen or someone with experience looking for a rewarding work environment.

We have worked hard to achieve a great atmosphere at Gang Gang and look forward to welcoming some new faces to the team!
