Fast growing pizzeria in Kent Town looking for a full time Pizza Chef to join the team. Opportunity available in restaurant setting, also running catering events with mobile woodifred pizza truck.

Tasks include:

  • mixing dough
  • hand stretching pizzas
  • running kitchen service
  • helping with menu creation
  • operating both deck oven (restaurant) and wood fire oven (events)

Experience making dough, having a good understanding of how preparation works and what is required is a must.

Experience as a pizzaiolo or baker is highly regarded
