About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the sales performance across Brilley’s specialist housing streams. You'll play a key role in growing our presence in the market, building strong external partnerships, and ensuring every customer journey is consistently exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business growth goals
✔ Identify new opportunities in SDA, government, and private housing sectors
✔ Work closely with Business Development Managers, NDIS & SIL providers
✔ Ensure seamless customer journeys through all stages of the sales process
✔ Analyse sales data and implement improvements where needed
✔ Promote collaboration across internal departments
✔ Maintain accurate sales records using CRM and internal systems
About You
We’re looking for a confident and people-focused leader who brings both commercial acumen and empathy to the table.
✅ Proven experience in residential construction sales (NDIS/SDA sector ideal)
✅ Strong leadership and coaching skills
✅ Results-driven with the ability to deliver consistent sales growth
✅ Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
✅ High level of integrity, initiative and communication skills
✅ Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM and reporting tools
✅ Ability to travel to regional offices when required
