Shamrock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage the VIC & TAS branches for a national insurance builder.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operational delivery of insurance building projects across VIC and TAS.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure financial performance aligns with company goals by monitoring budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Provide high-level reporting on operational performance, project outcomes, and financial metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in the insurance building industry.
• Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis.
• A driven and energetic leader with the ability to motivate teams and drive outcomes.
• Strong existing industry relationships and potential client base is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with key stakeholders.
