As the Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll take charge of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and broadcast, leading the digital acquisition efforts end to end.
What you’ll do

• Own and drive the digital performance marketing strategy across key channels (PPC, paid social, display, and more)
• Build, test, optimise – rinse and repeat – using insights and analytics to push campaigns to the next level
• Manage budgets like a boss – ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency
• Partner with key stakeholders across brand, growth, and product to ensure marketing strategies align
• Collaborate with media agencies and internal creatives to bring campaigns to life

What you'll bring

• Experience in digital marketing that drives lead gen, with hands-on experience in paid media and performance strategy
• Strong commercial acumen and a love for data and metrics
• A focus on delivering seamless UX and CX
• Confident stakeholder management – you’re someone people trust and listen to
• Leadership experience - you'll have 2 specialists to guide, coach and mentor so prior leadership expertise is a must
