Key Requirements:

• Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies, taking a customer centric and data driven approach.
• Drive lead generation efforts and optimise campaigns to meet targets.
• Develop personalised digital customer journeys for improved conversion.
• Partner with local media and creative agencies to optimise campaigns and enhance performance across digital channels.
• Build relationships with global digital marketing community and leverage best practice.
• Deliver digital lead growth and brand awareness.
• Identify and develop new digital channels to test for lead generation.
• Forecast investment and KPI delivery to meet business requirement for leads, working with suppliers to continually optimise leads and ROI.
• Deliver reporting on digital performance and continuously measure performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Experience and Skills:

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge or owned and paid digital marketing channels.
• Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools.
• Familiar with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools.
• Experience in digital media, creative and SEO agency management.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience advantageous.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
