We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with a track record in driving PPC and social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, be a creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

This role requires a good understanding of paid search and content marketing best practices, technical skills in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), and project management skills to lead digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for a digital marketing specialist with experience executing paid search marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram X and TikTok) and email.
• Implement PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising) to maximize lead generation and branding.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand is aligned with the content.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and compliance teams to create engaging materials tailored to the financial services sector.
• Stay abreast of digital currency exchange trends, blockchain developments, and fintech innovations to establish thought leadership within this space.
• Ensure marketing strategy complies with financial regulations and company privacy policy.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing - a focus on fintech, financial services, or digital currency exchange would be an advantage.
• Proven expertise in PPC campaign execution, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising and email content strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking and GTM (Google Tag Manager).
• Achievements in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience with content management systems, social media scheduling tools and basic graphic/video editing software tools and copywriting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

A diploma or certificate in digital marketing.
