Remuneration: $75,011 - $87,199 pa + superannuation & leave loading

In this dynamic role, you’ll drive strategic youth initiatives, amplify young voices in community decision-making, and lead programs that foster connection, growth, and celebration. To be successful for this role you will require:

• Degree or Diploma in Youth Work, Community Development, Community Service or related discipline, or lesser formal qualification with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in the community sector including knowledge of development theory and practice.
• The ability to provide appropriate guidance and role modelling for young people, as well as a demonstrated ability in program and group activity development, delivery, and evaluation utilising social inclusion strategies.
• An ability to seek and respond to project funding opportunities and reporting requirements.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Police check.
