Location: Melbourne, VIC (Mostly remote with occasional onsite work)
Salary: $90k-100k, plus super, plus profit share

About Us:
MSP Blueshift provides IT managed support and IT security services to small and medium businesses, primarily in the Melbourne area. We utilize some of the best tools available and have a highly systemized approach to our service provision. We are currently ISO 27001 certified, awarded Channels Futures MSP 501 2024 Top Managed Service Provider, Great Place to Work Certified MAR2025-MAR2026 and have implemented EOS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to clients using our ticketing system (excluding desktop support).
  • Complete small and medium projects independently.
  • Take a proactive approach to ongoing problems.
  • Assist junior team members with escalated tickets.
  • Provide onsite support when required.
  • Participate in the after-hours emergency support roster.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with installing and supporting Windows servers, email, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and perseverance to resolve technical problems.
  • Advanced Office 365 experience beyond basic account administration, including policy management, CAP, MDM
  • Some experience with and understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks and applications.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous skill improvement.
