Castle & Cubby is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Marketing Executive to join us at an exciting time of growth.

We need someone who is creative, structured, and results-driven, with a strong background in product-based marketing. Someone who thrives on execution, loves creating engaging content, and is excited about making an impact in a purpose-driven business.

This is a hands-on execution role where you'll play a key part in bringing ideas to life. While you won’t be direcrtly responsible for shaping overall strategy you will certainly be part of the process, your creativity, insights, and fresh ideas will be valued and welcomed as we continuously refine and improve our marketing efforts.

The Details

⏰ Full-time | 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
📍 A truly hybrid role: Work from home 2 days a week, spend 1-2 days at our Bayswater office connecting with the product and customer service teams while capturing behind-the-scenes content, and join the Marketing Team a few days a week at a co-working space near Collingwood, Northcote, Clifton Hill, or Fitzroy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Social Media & Content Creation – Bring our brand to life with engaging content across Website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Marketing Execution – Deliver campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels, ensuring strong brand engagement.
• HubSpot & CRM Marketing – Manage email marketing, automation, and customer journeys (we are currently migrating from Klaviyo).
• PR & Events – Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event activations.
• SEO & Website Management – Ensure our website is optimised and regularly updated.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Analyse campaign results and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  

About You

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and execute. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience in e-commerce and/or product marketing – This is essential! We need someone who has worked in product-based marketing and understands how to sell online.
• Are proficient in HubSpot & CRM marketing – HubSpot experience is ideal, but if you’ve used similar platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), that’s great too!
• Love creating content and engaging on social media – You’re a natural storyteller who knows how to connect with an audience.
• Have experience with creative design tools – Skills in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design apps would be ideal for producing high-quality marketing materials. Don't fret though - we also have a graphics team!
• Are highly organised & methodical – You work with structure and get things done efficiently.
• Are a team player & strong communicator – You enjoy working with others and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Understand data & analytics – You have experience with SEO, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
• Are passionate about creativity, play, and childhood development – You connect with our mission and values.
