• Work from home flexibility

Other Senior PM roles

• Portfolio location: Predominantly Elwood & St Kilda
• Portfolio Size: 140 approx.
• Office Location: St Kilda
• Saturday Roster - Monday to Friday only
• Portfolio - North Melbourne
• Portfolio Size: 160 approx.
• Office location - WEST MELBOURNE and CRAIGIEBURN X 2 Positions
• SATURDAYS - AS REQUIRED

Salary paying up to $85K+Super (Depending on Experience)

About You:

• Experience managing a residential portfolio
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Experience using a Property Management program being;Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
• Corporate attire & presented
• Car & Drivers Licence
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
