The role

Pryde Measurement Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Support professional to join our team in our North Melbourne office. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional sales and customer support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers via phone, email and online channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Generate new sales leads and opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns

Process orders, handle inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience

Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to share insights and improve processes

Maintain detailed records and reporting on sales activities and customer interactions

Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

A willingness to grow and develop in a sales and customer service role, within a technical B2B environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle customer queries effectively

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

A keen interest in the measurement and instrumentation industry

Enthusiastic, adaptable and driven to exceed targets

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

An understanding of food production, pharmaceutical validation or other compliance roles would be an advantage.
