Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager at Dandenong Victoria to start Immediately. This is a full time permanent job opportunity.

Pay : 80k to 90k per annual
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am till 3pm

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise a team of full time and casual warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, performance evaluations and recruitment
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and reduce excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor stock movement, and generate reports.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes and productivity, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance, implement corrective actions, and achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a focus on excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Computer Literacy with experience in WMS/ERP systems. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software applications, ideally Netsuite
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of up to 15 employees
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift license will be advantageous
• Reliable and trustworthy
