With over 60 years of expertise in subsea engineering and marine construction, Dive Co is a Sydney-based commercial diving contractor working with some of Australia’s largest infrastructure providers. We specialise in underwater construction, marine maintenance and submarine cable installation across the country.

About the Roles:

We’re looking for an experienced HSEQ Co-ordinator / Compliance Officer to join Dive Co. This is a hands-on role supporting our Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO certifications, and overall compliance processes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working autonomously in a small, supportive team and is ready to take ownership of systems that keep our people and projects operating safely and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain ISO compliance (45001, 14001 & 9001)

Lead internal audits and support annual ISO audits

Maintain and update our Integrated Management System

Coordinate staff training and certification tracking

Assist with incident reporting, SWMS, and risk assessments

Maintain documentation via SharePoint and Microsoft 365

General administration (invoicing, expenses, answering calls)

Keep the office organised, well-stocked, and clean

Support across other administration and compliance tasks

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a compliance, WHS or admin-based role

Experience in construction or high-risk industries

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365

Qualification in WHS or knowledge of ISO standards (desirable)

A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to learn
