Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with a minimum of 1 year payroll experience with the desire to learn. You will be working alongside an experienced payroll team of 10, who will provide comprehensive training and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a global business and get significant exposure to how a large Payroll department operates.

Full training will be provided to get you up and running quickly, with continuous support from the wider team.

As the Payroll Officer your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll for employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Calculate and process entitlements including leave, superannuation.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations as required.
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations including PAYG, Superannuation.
• Liaise with HR and Finance teams to support accurate and efficient payroll operations.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of end-to-end payroll processing.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
