About the Role
We are looking for experienced Payroll Officers and Senior Payroll Officers who can contribute to high-functioning payroll teams. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll services while navigating different systems and environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-function payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Handle a variety of leave types including parental, long service, and personal leave

Manage high-volume payroll cycles and adhere to strict deadlines

Navigate payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, ADP, MicrOpay, or similar

Deliver exceptional support to employees, resolving payroll queries confidently

Respond to payroll queries through phone, email, and ticketing systems

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll delivery

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing within medium to large organisations

Proficiency in major payroll software platforms

Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, EBAs, and awards

Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
