About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in regional South Australia. This is a boots-on-the-ground role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and
communication across construction, HSE, quality, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for the principal contractor.
• Oversee site safety, quality, and schedule, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant, and logistics.
• Support commissioning activities and maintain a strong safety-first culture.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for project stakeholders.

About You:

• Proven experience managing utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Trade or engineering background preferred.
• Confident leading subcontractors and engaging with clients and consultants.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to live and work regionally in South Australia during the project.
