Site Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $150,000 to $170,000 salary package

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable construction company specializing in commercial building projects. Our client is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee commercial projects up to $6 mil in value. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in local government and educational projects.

About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the on-site management of commercial projects, including those in local government and education sectors
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and resolve issues on-site
• Manage and lead on-site teams to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager role
• Experience in commercial projects, specifically in local government and educational sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites

• Must be willing to undergo a medical and drug & alcohol test prior to employment
