Our Brisbane showroom is looking for a confident, full-time Sales Advisor to join the team and help deliver a standout customer experience in an environment where style and service go hand in hand.

This is more than just a retail role — it’s about storytelling, connection, and guiding customers through a journey to create their ideal home.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Showroom Ambience & First Impressions
Start each day by ensuring the space looks its best — from furniture layout to lighting and cleanliness. You'll open the doors ready to welcome visitors and create a warm, inspiring environment the moment they walk in.

Customer Connection
Engage with customers in a friendly, thoughtful way. Whether they’re browsing or ready to buy, you’ll take the time to understand their needs and offer solutions that suit their space and style. Building trust and rapport is second nature to you.

Managing Enquiries & Orders
You’ll handle everything from phone queries to emails and in-person sales. Confidently process purchases, respond to follow-ups, and keep client records accurate and up to date using our CRM system.

Team Spirit & Sales Goals
You’ll work towards both individual and collective sales goals, actively contributing to a supportive, driven team culture. Sharing insights, collaborating on ideas, and celebrating wins together is how we operate.

Maintaining Visual Standards
Stay hands-on with showroom maintenance, visual merchandising, and occasional product changes. You’ll have an eye for detail and pride in keeping the space aligned with our brand image.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A natural communicator who enjoys helping others and makes people feel at ease

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service — homewares or interiors is a plus

Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset

Comfortable with technology and managing admin tasks alongside face-to-face service

Available for weekend shifts and flexible with weekday scheduling

Enthusiastic about interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces
