Wineism, your neighbourhood wine bar in West End, is on the hunt for our next Head Chef to lead our food offering and continue driving our seasonal, produce-led menu.

The Role:

Full-time position

Predominately solo kitchen role – ideal for someone who thrives independently

Wednesday to Sunday roster

No late nights – our service hours are kind and sustainable

Generous remuneration based on experience

Full responsibility for menu design & creation

Stock control and kitchen maintenance

Direct customer engagement opportunities to showcase your menu

You Are:

A creative chef with 2+ years experience in a similar role

Confident working solo and managing all aspects of the kitchen

Skilled across a range of cuisines

Excellent with communication and time management

Genuinely passionate about food, seasonality, and hospitality
