We’re currently partnering with a well-established civil contractor who is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support upcoming works across regional New South Wales.
As Quality Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in managing the Quality Management System and ensuring quality assurance procedures and plans are effectively implemented across project delivery. While the focus is on NSW projects, some travel will be required if you're based in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure construction procedures are well understood and implemented by the project teams
• Monitor compliance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP)
• Oversee documentation and traceability of construction Lots; identify and address non-conforming products
• Assist site engineers with preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Review and close out NCRs, including corrective and preventative actions
• Report on project quality performance, KPIs, and achievement of key objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within civil construction
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Lead Auditor qualification (or willingness to obtain post-placement)
