About The Role
Based at their Dandenong South depot, you will be a vital support to their finance and administration team. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with customer queries / emails / phone calls etc
- Assisting with the processing of invoices and bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Assisting with month end financial processes (full training provided)
- Ad hoc support to the Chief Financial Officer and Administration Manager
To hit the ground running you will need
- A minimum of 2 years relevant administration experience
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible within the role and show initiative
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Friendly and positive nature
- Computer skills (eg Microsoft office suite)
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Preferrable but not essential - QuickBooks & SAP Concur experience
