Supreme Skylights has been manufacturing and installing high quality skylights in regional Victoria for over 35 years. As an authorised VELUX dealer & installer, we also manufacture our own skylights and install solar skylight alternatives. Qualifications & experience
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Experience in office administration and customer service or relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Strong computer literacy skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
Tasks & responsibilities
Assisting customers in the showroom, explaining product options & benefits, answering phone calls and taking messages.
Completing lead inquiry forms, data entry, follow-ups by phone and email.
Using XERO to prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders and reconcile payments.
Scheduling and re-scheduling of on-site inspections and installation jobs, efficiently to maximise time.
Ensuring the showroom is organised, stocked, clean and well presented.
