Qualifications & Experience

Seeking an experienced Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Must have a calm temperament and work well in a team.

Certificate IV Commercial Cookery & Diploma of Hospitality Management desired.

Quality of good time management and the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Reporting to Head Chef, you will be an integral part of the team and help the kitchen team serve great meals to our customers

· Monitor production time of meals within section to ensure timely service of meals to customers

· Collaborate and contribute ideas to menu planning

· Accept stock deliveries, ensure safe handling and stock control procedures are maintained

· Monitor refrigeration equipment and complete checklists as required for compliance with food safety guidelines

· Cleaning procedures in kitchen
