WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN:

Seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, driven individual with experience as a Telesale in a fast-paced environment.

Attractive base salary + generous commission structure on every sale you make

This fully remote position offers an attractive pay rate with commission opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with potential customers, promote our products/services, and drive sales growth

WHAT'S ON THE MENU:

Making outbound calls, effectively selling My Foodie Box's products whilst checking our minimum requirements to qualify customers

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and optimise sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:

Proven experience in telesales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
