The Role

As an Outbound Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving sales over the phone. You will:

Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound calls

Engage and qualify leads, presenting tailored solutions based on client needs

Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers

Present product offerings confidently and close sales effectively

Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales in our CRM

Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in outbound phone sales or telesales

Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers

A proactive approach with the ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and manage leads

A results-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role is an advantage

A positive, can-do attitude and the desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
