The Company:

The Role:
Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager of Victoria, your typical day will involve:

• Making outbound calls to businesses and customers
• Scheduling appointment times for the Business Development Managers to attend
• Assisting in securing commercial cleaning contracts by facilitating these appointments and supporting the growth of the company’s client base
• Ad hoc duties as required

The Candidate:
You are an experienced Outbound Sales Consultant with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a never-give-up mindset, along with strong reliability and determination. You’ll enjoy celebrating the wins while navigating quieter periods, and you’ll have the ability to quickly build rapport over the telephone. A passion for telemarketing, thriving in a fast-paced work environment, along with a strong sales focus, are essential.
