About the role
We are currently looking for someone to join our office team as a Human Resources and Culture co-ordinator to run our HR and payroll, and foster a positive company culture.
This position involves overseeing employee lifecycle activities, supporting payroll processes, and driving events and cultural initiatives that contribute to a thriving team environment. Additionally, there is some crossover support to assist the wider administration office particularly during an upcoming team members maternity leave .
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and performance management, training etc.
Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting
Administer weekly Payroll
Co-ordinate events and culture
Develop a Social Media strategy and execute its implementation.
What we're looking for
Experience in Human Resources and employment contracts
Experience with Payroll
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Team Focused
Tertiary qualification in relevant field preferred but not required.
Collaborative and proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
Office based.
