We are seeking a talented and proactive Systems Analyst to help transform our business systems and contribute to the success of our projects. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for technology, and the drive to deliver secure and efficient solutions, we'd love to hear from you! This position will be reporting to our and is responsible for following tasks but not limited to:
Analyse and evaluate existing IT systems to determine improvements or enhancements.
Assess and analyse business information requirements, providing recommendations for suitable technologies to meet organizational needs.
Define and document functional specifications for ICT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Zoho One ERP and AroFlo job management system.
Plan and coordinate process initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate seamless communication with stakeholders for smooth project execution and user adoption.
Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure systems meet quality standards and compliance.
Oversee the selection, installation, and deployment of ICT infrastructure for optimal functionality and integration.
Guide system development, maintenance, and performance improvements to ensure consistent operations.
Ensure that ICT systems are secure, compliant, and maintain the integrity of data and systems.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
Utilize data and process modelling tools to develop structured system specifications for software development.
Serve as a primary technical resource, offering guidance and support during system implementation.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of ICT systems.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, with a strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection principles.
- Experience with system design, testing, and integration. (preferrable)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software development tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructures, database management, and networking concepts is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in a fast-paced environment.
