The Role

In this role, you will join a team of Support Analysts, acting as a conduit between the finance systems team and end-users. You will be focussed on providing end-user support and training.

More specifically, you will:

• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues
• Pinpoint knowledge gaps and provide training to end-users
• Deliver high-quality finance and billing support to system users
• Conduct testing and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials.

Your Profile

You will have legal industry experience and as this role acts as an interface between departments you could come from a variety of backgrounds including Application Support, Systems Support, Systems Analyst, Accounting Clerk or Legal Assistant among others.

What is required is:

• Hands-on experience working with finance management systems (Elite 3E or Aderant)
• Experience in a systems support role
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and address system-related issues effectively.
