Site Foreman - Southern Highlands high end $4-15M luxury residential builds

Established Residential Builder with a diverse pipeline of work across North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Southern Highlands

Excellent salary package up to per annum either salaried or ABN

The Role & Business

As the Site Foreman responsible for the timely and safe delivery of Southern Highlands homes designed by Australia’s leading architects, you will be responsible for look ahead programming, coordination of trades and supervision of contractors to ensure a quality product is delivered. Working with high quality tradesmen, you will be an excellent problem-solver and flexible in your approach working closely with the Architect and project team to ensure quality and timely outcomes for sophisticated clients.

We typically deliver luxury residential projects in the $4 - $15M bracket and are well resourced with over 15 permanent staff in the business inclusive of Project Management & Contracts Administration support.

Qualifications & Experience

Carpentry trade qualified Site Foreman with 5-10 years experience and exceptional building skills & experience delivering high end residential projects is required

A problem-solver who can work well with Architects, Engineers and Clients in order to overcome building & design issues on the run

Efficiently able to put together look-ahead construction programmes, organise contractors and have an extremely strong eye for detail

Possessing a flexible approach, demonstrating integrity and positive demeanour and genuinely showing love for building high end homes

Creating a motivated, coordinated and site culture with your trade team is imperative.
