What you'll do:

As an FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in preparing monthly management reporting packs and consolidating financial results for board presentations. Your expertise in budgeting and forecasting will be essential as you assist with these processes on a quarterly basis. You will also handle general FP&A duties, manage cost allocation processes, and conduct performance reporting. Your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes will be key to your success in this role.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this FP&A Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles within the banking or financial services industry. With at least 7 years of experience in FP&A or similar roles, you will have developed strong skills in performance reporting and cost allocation. A CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is required for this role. Your full P&L experience will be highly valued as it is integral to this role.

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles is necessary
  • Full P&L experience including experience with cost allocation is ideal
  • Strong skills in performance reporting are preferred
