About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate / Manager to support the execution of the company’s growth and investment strategy. Reporting to the GM of Acquisitions, this role will play a key part in evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in due diligence and deal execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or investment analysis to gain hands-on exposure to M&A deals within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Analysis & Execution: Support the end-to-end M&A process, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Market & Target Research: Identify potential acquisition targets by analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and financial performance.
  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build financial models (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis) to assess acquisition opportunities.
  • Due Diligence Support: Assist in coordinating financial, operational, and legal due diligence efforts, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants) to support transactions.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior management and board discussions.
  • Post-Deal Integration: Assist in the transition and integration of newly acquired businesses to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Exposure to due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CA, CPA, or MBA a plus).

Benefits

  • Work closely with experienced M&A professionals on high-impact transactions.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to deal execution and strategic investments.
  • Competitive salary package with career development opportunities.
