I'm partnering with a large, longstanding and reputable financial services organisation that are looking to hire a Finance Performance & Data Analytics Manager to drive enterprise-wide performance insights and lead the transformation of how data is used for financial decision making across the organisation.

The Opportunity
This is not your standard FP&A role... Sitting within a high performing, forward-looking finance team, this position is all about delivering actionable insights through deep analytics, sophisticated modelling, and continuous improvement of financial reporting frameworks. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape performance conversations and improve the way the organisation analyses cost, revenue, and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead enterprise-wide performance reporting, monthly, quarterly, and annual, with a strong focus on insight over output.
• Develop and refine financial models for forecasting, cost allocation, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
• Provide deep-dive analytics to uncover trends, identify drivers of performance, and support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to define KPIs and enhance measurement of strategic and operational outcomes.
• Champion data-led transformation, driving automation, improved reporting processes, and enhanced use of financial systems and tools.
• Collaborate across Finance and the broader organisation to embed a culture of continuous improvement and insight-based performance.
• Support key initiatives from the Head of Data, Analytics and Reporting, including enterprise cost reviews and business case analysis.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years' experience in data-driven financial analysis, management reporting, and modelling in a financial services organisation (essential).
• Comprehensive analytical experience with the ability to translate complex data into commercial insight and actionable recommendations.
• Strong background in transforming reporting processes and delivering performance improvement through better use of systems and tools.
• Advanced Excel, modelling and dashboarding/reporting tool skills (e.g. TM1, Power BI, Tableau).
• Collaborative, inquisitive, and commercially minded, with a passion for lifting reporting standards and enabling decision making.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across teams.
