Gemelli Italian Broadbeach has been open for 12 years we are looking for an experienced head chef to lead and manage the kitchen in support of the company executive chef and owners. Gemelli Broadbeach is a 120 seater Italian restaurant open 7 days a week for dinner and lunch 4 days a week Thursday - Sunday.

The ideal candidate:

Has at least 2 years in a similar senior chef role

Willing to commit to the role entirely

Is looking for possible career progression in the future

Strong leadership background

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine

Well organised and clean

knows how to lead a team through a busy service

Has in-depth knowledge of an ordering system and supplier product control
