About the role

Gemelli Broadbeach is currently recruiting an experienced pizza chef to join the Gemelli family - Italian candidates preferred, but not necessary.

Duties

Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth operation

Work with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

Managing and coordinating all dine-in and takeaway orders

Handling fast-pace restaurant operations

Prepping and making delicious pizzas

Skills & Experience

Proven 2 year experience in a similar role

Experience with woodfire oven

Experience with high hydration pizza dough

Experience with hand dough stretching

Full working rights in Australia

A calm and professional approach to their job

Strong communication skills

Incredible attention to detail
