What the job actually looks like:

This is a hybrid role that combines client facing sales with hands on project and estimating support. You’ll be out meeting clients, helping shape their renovation goals, and working with our internal team to bring those projects to life.

Your week might include:

- Speaking with warm leads and booking consultations

- Visiting homes to measure spaces and chat through renovation ideas

- Preparing proposals and building quotes using our estimating platform

- Collaborating with the site supervisor and showroom to refine inclusions

- Following up with clients to guide them through the decision making process

- Supporting the team with logistics, selections, and admin tasks

- Delivering a professional, caring experience from start to finish

Who shouldn’t apply (gently speaking…)

- You treat sales like a hustle, not a relationship
