The Role: Working closely with the Onsite Account Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day coordination and support of up to 300 warehouse employees.

This is a hands-on, early-start role, rostered Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00am to 1:00pm — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with onboarding, rostering, and coordinating warehouse staff
  
  
• Support recruitment processes including screening and interviewing
  
  
• Help maintain a safe and productive workplace by supporting safety initiatives
  
  
• Liaise with client supervisors and employees to resolve day-to-day workforce matters
  
  
• Learn to interpret data and contribute to staffing plans
