We are currently recruiting a Kronos Specialist to work as part of a Large Payroll team.
The role is responsible for leading the maintenance of the Kronos time and attendance system in line with company requirements. You will be an experienced Kronos user. Ideally with experience working in a multi agreement company.
The role is supporting the Payroll team and extended HR team providing systems expertise and solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain Kronos Setup in line with Awards.
- Maintain and monitor interfaces between systems and engage in continuous improvement activities.
- Investigating Kronos Setup.
- Configuration of Building blocks.
- Pay rule Testing.
- Mapping Tables and Interfaces
- Interpreting Employees Agreements and Awards
- Complete Kronos training
- Kronos Project coordinator
You will have the following skills.
- Strong systems experience in Kronos.
- Extensive experience in complex Kronos multi-site, multi agreement industry
- Experience in large transactional payroll systems and ERP’s
- Advanced excel skills
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong Payroll Legislation experience and/or background
- Effective time management
