The Role

• Report to the National Sales Manager
• Build and nurture relationships with Retail/Reseller clients
• Identify and seize new business opportunities, introducing under-sold products to the market.
• Leverage your geographical expertise of the market to identify areas of opportunity to establish and develop relationships with hardware stores and wholesalers to broaden product distribution.
• Leverage data and analytics to craft and execute a winning sales strategy.

About You

• Deep knowledge of timber products and established relationships in the Reseller network.
• Commercial B2B sales, with a hunter’s mindset and resilience to thrive in a competitive market.
• Consultative Approach: Skilled in selling on quality and value, not just price.
• Sharp, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to navigate and articulate complex technical information with ease.
