We’re Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper (Qualified BAS Agent Preferred)
Location: predominantly WFH with attendance at a Monthly meeting required in Mt Eliza
Industry: Health & Wellness (Physiotherapy)
Structure: Multi-Entity Group (4 entities, including international dealings)

We’re a dynamic and growing Educational company group with four active entities, including international operations. As our internal bookkeeper, you'll play a critical role in keeping our financials accurate, compliant, and organised across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-function bookkeeping across 4 entities

Reconciliation of accounts, including inter-entity movements

Payroll processing (including STP) and superannuation compliance

Preparing and lodging BAS/IAS (BAS Agent registration preferred)

Managing overseas client invoicing and FX transactions

Month-end processes and reporting

Daily use of Xero and related add-ons

What We're Looking For:

Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally in multi-entity environments)

BAS Agent registration

High proficiency in Xero

Strong understanding of payroll, GST, and ATO requirements

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with accountants and Company Director
