We're working with a well-established business based in Coogee that requires a Bookkeeper to support their finance team for the next five months, covering long service leave.

The Role:

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a close-knit team in a supportive work environment.

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Managing payroll processing and compliance
• General ledger maintenance and journal entries
• Assisting with ad hoc financial administration as required

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and processes.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
